Title: The road ahead is dark.

I don't know if this is my fault but as a new user I can't actually leave the City I start in as the road is black and so is all the surrounding scenery. All I can see is the other people and the monsters. The scenery very far away looks ok, but when I get up to it its all black again. I've had a go a few times to get through but have to /die because I get lost in it and can't tell if i'm moving or stuck or anything.

Whats the matter? Is it fixable? I really want to leave the City!   :'(

Hey there :)

Can you post your system specs for us? Things like your processor, RAM, and graphics card. Also check that your graphics card drivers are the most up-to-date.

I have that problem (http://hydlaa.com/smf/index.php?topic=27232.msg308432#msg308432) for sometime now. It isn't that dificult to move around as long as you now the maps and put some gama correction so you can see the mid distance hills.
