Title: i cant login

i have the 0.3.019 version
when i open the game it says that the server is on
is i start to put my username and pasword it changes to fragnetiks failed
i tryed to whait amd after 10 min nothing

pls help i really whant to play

I belive at the time of your post the Server was offline. Try logging on some today and if you still have issues come back to us.

nopw thats not it i tryed many times
whent the server is offline it says that fragnetiks failiure
but when the serv is on it says fragnetiks but if i try to put my username it changes in to fragnetiks failiure
 should i download the client again ???
or reinstal it ???

Check there to make sure the server is up ;)

Also you may have a firewall blocking it and need to open it to port 7777 (somone correct me if I am wrong there )

please let us know your OS that might help us too.

OS is on what system your computer runs. like Windows, Linux, Mac

I can verify this too.

Lately the server was offline several times for hours.

At this moment it's possible for me to login.

I am glad to have helped, and I am sorry I used the abbrevation for Opperating System, be being a very not so technal person should haev known you might not know what is. Anyways welcome to planeshift!

i have the same problem but for me is a bit differen...i can't go on that website too it says: "problem loading page"  the server is off?

I cant log in because whenever I get there it says Fragnetics failed. It's been happening for a while now. And that link you supplied doesnt work.  :-\
