Is the server down? I am having a hard time getting on at my dorm.

Again??! Why does it keep going down? I understand that just before a major implement or crash, it goes down, but what's the issue now?

The server is a fickle thing that doesn't often require anything "major" to crash it :) Sometimes a missing or an extra character on a quest script can set it off.
