Hello everyone,
due to popular demand we will hold two more auctions tonight 6th September around 10:00 Central European Time. Please gather around Jayose library if you want to participate. The house will be "guildhouses" so not full of beds and tables, but more similar to palace halls for holding meetings. Be sure to have the money you want to bet with you, it will be checked by the auctioneer. Remember that will be more auctions in the future, since we have plenty of houses in hydlaa. Also we plan to add more different interiors, at the moment there is just one type. We will also provide in the future some furniture you can place in the houses.

I assume you can just turn up to watch?

This is going to be quite fun to see how high it goes and who gets it.

Just one question, in the future will there be different sizes of guildhouses (if you where a small guild and didn't need that much space or didn't have that much money you could buy a small one)?

CET is +2GMT right now. So 20:00 GMT I think.

I gues in future smaller guildhouses will be cheaper. For now, people are ready to pay 2mln tria for even a single room guild house ;P I gues so at least.

Central European time includes most countries in Europe, like Germany, France, Italy, Sweden, Norway, Netherlands, Spain, etc...

Surely everyone is welcome to join and watch the auction. Small houses will be available later on, yes.

I just want to clear something up.


According to 'The Octarchal Decree of 425 AY',

V. Ownership of private property incurs the burden of taxation. When taxes are required they will be paid to the Vegisimi. These taxes can go only for the maintenance of the guards and to sponsor the needs of the military in defense of the Octarchy.

Will this be enforced?

If so, will it be a flat fee, or based on the valuation of the propery?

Tax collection tends to be pretty lax if you go by the information inferable from the quests. One particular one at any rate, although forfeiture does seem to be a possibly penalty. Why one NPC is faced with forfeiture and some others are not is not readily apparent from that quest. Perhaps it is how long the taxes have been overdue.
