Title: How do I post [links] in the new bugtracker?

I wasn't sure where to put this but as it is really the newbie-kind of question, I post it here.

Sorry if it's very very stupid but I have tried to figure this out with no success. How can I post links like this (http://www.hydlaa.com/flyspray_upgrade/) in the new bugtracker?

if you are linking to another bug just type bug 1 [or whatever number] otherwise i just copy the url in and that is all nothing special i do.
