Title: Quest "Tarmeen Alecheech miss..." is bugged.

Okay, I made it as far as informing Tarmeen that the investigation failed, and I am sent to get the skulls from Taemian, he will not give me them. I have tried it also on a brand new char with no other quests, so I am sure it is a bug...

We're aware of the issue now. Bug 2937 in the bugtracker was a different issue. The one that covers this problem is in flyspray.

We made some small progress in isolating the issue yesterday, so here's hoping it won't be long now. Thanks for your support.
