make sure your drivers for the card are up to date. you can find the most current version for your drivers off of nvidia's website.

but i play other game with need a video card 128mb and i play bery good games like whiteandblack, mount&blade, ghost recon advanced warfighter and i play so good, i don't undertend what happens with the video card

Other games may prefer Direct3D; PlaneShift instead requires OpenGL, because OpenGL works not only under Windows, but also Linux and MacOS.
You say you have current drivers installed (directly from nvidia.com or from your card manufacturer's site?), but they still don't support OpenGL under Windows? -- Never seen this issue.
Show us the results reported by GLInfo2 (http://www.delphi3d.net/hardware):
- Driver version
- OpenGL version
from the page "Driver info" shall be enough at first.

Driver Version: unknown
GL Version: 1.1.0

Then you need to download and install the Vista drivers from www.nvidia.com, if you have just installed the vid card it will have defaulted back to the Vista standard Nvidia drivers which only have support for DirectX.
