Title: Annoying Scrolly Problem!

Everytime I edit something (like a book or character description) and try to type, the page automatically scrolls down each time I press a button. It's really irritating. I often edit my character description thing to keep up with what's going on with her, and the automatic scroll causes a lot of problems.

Does not help you right now but:

 - Fixed FS#132. There some issues with horizontal scroll bars inside the
   input number window.  Also fixed some funny behaviour in scroll bars where
   the thumb would move on it's own.
