Title: Server..hmm..

Hey there, new guy here.
Got it installed and set up for my Mac.
No problems here, until, whats this?
The site says the fragnetics server is up.  I registered.
Though in the start-up menu in the game, it failed.
A lil help guys and girls?

do you have a firewall [software or hardware]?

also please keep to posting in one place or another we dont need spam just so you can get an answer

Exactly what happened to me, yesterday.

Go to.. umm well.. (i dont know where the files are on mac..) But go in the folder that contains, planeshift client, delete it, Then delete the folder.

Re-download, Install, run the updater, start PS, and it should work.

DO NOT run the updater on mac

Be aware that the server crashes occasionally so always check HERE (http://laanx.fragnetics.com/index.php?) first if time and report time are not withing a few seconds, the number of players is 0 or it says timeout the the server is not available or online

Total 119.   No firewall or anything like it. and the game keep saying
¨Fragnetics failed¨ y´know?

As I said check the Time and the report if the dont match or the time is more than 5 minutes old then the server is down, the number of players online is not always an accurate guide to server status

Thats not what is causing it, as it will always say fragnetics failed, even if server is up, if its like what was happening to me.
