Title: Screen positioing/dragging? sorry to sound like a complete idiot :(

I just started playing PS and I can only see half the screen. I can't drag it to the middle. How do you drag the screen? I Tried but i just can't. My freind showed me on his Mac how to drag it but he has a lap top with no mouse I have PC.
It's really frustrating me. Sorry to sound like a loser.  I highly recommend this in the help section. When I started playing it was off position.

open the pssetup app and chance the screen resolution to smaller then it is. open psclient and move it. open pssetup change the res back and that should fix it. [or the currect res is larger then what your screen can handle]
