I finally got the new client downloaded, and i logged in, and... It doesn't recognize my account! I'm 100% sure that it's the right one... :(

make sure there are no extra characters in the the username field, then try again

i tried a bunch of times and i did everything i could but it still doesnt work

then you might be using the wrong account name, and since there is no fair way to determine who you are to get your account name back you need to just keep trying and check your email addresses and see if you can find your email from when you made your account that might help
