Title: can't connect to server

When the window asks for my login, i type my login info and the it tells me the server isn't available; on the side is says the server fragnetics has failed.  how can i log on or what will fix this?

can you reach laanx.fragnetics.com  in ie or insert browser here?
what version do you have in the top left?
do you have a firewall or other such security softwares?

yeah i can go to the website, i have the newest version(.20) and i do have a firewall but it is disabled.  i have been able to log in once...after waiting on the load page for about ten minutes it finally somehow connected to the server.
