Title: Diagnostic Error

This has happened a few times but never stopped me from entering the Game.
Now When i enter my e-mail address and password it logs me into the character screen and when i select my character it starts to load but when it reaches bit half way it says this,'An unforeseen  error has occured,.....................,would you like to make a copy of this diagnostic?',.
Something along those lines.Anyway would greatly appreciate some help!

we need more info as to what the error exactly is and what your system stats are. you could also follow the directions in this thread http://hydlaa.com/smf/index.php?topic=30488.0 for more help

Here is some more stuff i drew from the failure but it seems one of my characters is the prob but not sure because i managed to log in with my other one just fine.
details:EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION at 00F67D1C would u like to save diagnostic file
