Title: Help account regestration

ok im on the main page i click in register account I get a message saying protectedmodeoff then the page sais Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

The server was down and it is just restarting. Do you still have the problem ?

ok i put in my email and pass then the screen starts to shack can i fix that?

and check to see if there are any updates for your graphics card that you could install
