Title: Error in Planeshift inialization

 :'( Hello, aftertaste this theme in search of an answer and you would desire that somebody answer me as soon as possible. The problem is the following: An error that the following is appears when the user name and the password insert: " Something unexpected happened in Planeshift: Crystal Blue Details:
EXCEPTION ACCES VIOLATION at 090460EF "

No himself to that it be  referred but this appears acclimatize in character's screen of selection or acclimatize in the charging screen and does not let me start the game.
They can answer to the e-mail, valtanders_12@hotmail.com or chinomong@yahoo.com.
