It does not matter where the server is located.  You should ignore the continent it is on and simply play.  The game works fine no matter where you are located.

well, \"fine\" may be an overstatedment. But it works.  hehe... Well, actually it does work fine as long as it\'s not starting to rain.

The rain has nothing to do with the continent of the server.  It is entirely happening on your machine.
