What new stuff has come out in the last year or two that I've missed?

You missed a good deal though...guild houses for one. :P

Well let's see.

Derghirs (w/ encampment on one of the roads,) kikiris and tlokes as new creatures.
New art for dermorian males. Totally new dermorian females. New kran and enkidukai skins.
A wheelbarrow load of new quests, with exclusive rewards including stat-boosting items.
A winch area accessible by those who have completed certain quest paths.
Ridable mounts.
Factions.
Money exchange.
PvP arena.

Unbelievable! Mounts? I can't wait. Sadly, my game is very frozen and in the dearth realm.  :'(

But it's still awesome. Somebody in the game also told me there's a new city?
