Hallo,
i have a problem with my account log in. I have create an account of the planeshift side, yesterday 06.12.07. Because i haven`t get an e-mail with my account, why?
Please give answer (of germany please)

derzeit scheint es ein paar Probleme mit den Aktivierungsmails zu geben. Vielleicht ist die Mail aber auch in deinem Spam-Ordner hängen geblieben? Falls nicht könntest du versuchen einen neuen Account mit einer andere Adresse zu registrieren - gmail scheint übrigens am besten zu funktionieren.

seems like there are some problems with the activation emails at the moment. Maybe the mail got dumped into your spam folder? If not you could try to create a new account with another address - gmails seems to work best, by the way.

I registered for a new account under gmail as well as gmx and haven't gotten an activation email since then. That was about 9 days ago. Nothing in my spam folders either, by the way. so I guess the problem is not with us.

and now for the important question what is the domain of the email address ie everything after the @.

das hab ich auch schon ausprobiert mit anderen E-Mails. Es ist die gleiche Sachlage, ich bekomme keine Account-Mail. Was soll ich jetzt tun? Ich brauche Hilfe, Bin Newbie und wollte was neues anfangen.

which doesn't answer the question. what is the domain of the e-mails that you have tried? everything after the @ in the e-mail address.

For me its @gmx.de and @gmail.com. However, maybe a country thing?

@googlemail.com, not @gmail.com (same provider, but trademark politics ::) -> http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gmail#Germany)

Hallo,
ich hab am ende an einer Mail @gmx.net und einmal @googlemail.com stehen. Aber ich hab immer noch keine Account-Mail bekommen. Jedes mal, wenn ich versuche mir einen account zuzulegen, weil ich etwas falsch gemacht hab, schreibt man, das ein account erstellt worden ist. Was soll ich jetzt tun?

schreibe eine email an Acraig (Board Administrator) und teile ihm darin mit, welche Addresse (welchen account) du aktiviert haben möchtest. Also zum Beispiel:
Hello, could you activate the account with the email address blahblahblah@googlemail.com, please?
Acraig's email-Addresse lautet: andrew@hydlaa.com
