:) You can go into your options when logged into game and pick hot keys for attacks.

An attack macro is easy.

/attack

You can add in the stances you want to attack in by putting the stance name behind the /attack command; for example /attack bloody

I'd also suggest making a targeting macro, or you can add that command in with your attack macro but that might get messier.

/target next npc

And a loot one maybe

/loot

All these can be made and hotkeyed to whichever button you want by using the shortcut menu.

meticulo,

the commands you can enter/add after you have opened an edit-window for a shortcut. By default you should have a shortcut-bar leftside of the screen (if not, click the S-shape button in the top-bar and it will pop up). Now just rightclick an empty button there, give it a name and your commands.

Example for a shortie to quickly pick up items lying on the ground:
/target clear
/target next item
/pickup

Just make sure you have a new line for each command.

This is really great advice - I have lost count of thenumber of times I select a creature with left click, then right click in the same place to get the graphical menu to choose attack, and it just deselects the creature.

Actually this happens a lot with all npcs - right click seems a lot harder than left click - you have to click in exactly the right place I guess. :/

Anyway, I never knew about the attack command, so good suggestion.  Can we give rep on this forum?
