Just started the game about 2 nights ago got about 2 hours of play in, i like it so far. I was in the sewers and fought an NPC named, Fanatic and she droped a Black Glass Bead, it says its a quest item and i was wondering if some one could tell me what quest it was, and what NPC i can talk to to start it, im not looking throught a walk through for it just want to know where the quest begins.

Even that - telling you which quest this specific item requires - is considered a spoiler. So we cannot answer you that, sorry.
Just keep an eye out for quests. And in case you don't know yet, to get a quest, just talk to some NPC and say "give me a quest" (in the NPC chat tab). Not all NPCs have quests though, ... yet. ;)

Not here on the forums. ;) You can ask ingame, but best to ask someone you know and not complete strangers. However, if you do, try to stay in character. :)

i will, i have been likeing this whol RP part of the RPG :D no other game has had people do that so its pritty fun.

Not all NPCs have quests though, ... yet.
But we're incredibly close.
