A policy on the forum is not share spoilers, your best bet is to be nice and find a friend ingame and ask them were to train.
We also dont have a working bowmaking skill or working bows in general.

Umm...
I hate to be the party-pooper, but I fear you won't get a detailed answer to that either.
But let me give you a push into the right direction... most of the trainers are in the cities, the low level trainers mainly in Hydlaa (the city with the plaza, the big fountain and the red temple) and Ojaveda (the city with the desert-like look, which is normally packed with kitties [Enkidukai ;)]) So, just walk around a bit and check every NPC you see if he/she is a trainer, by right clicking them.
Edit: Yay, now Caarrie is the party-pooper for answering first :D

ok thank you again

Try joining a guild. Certain Guilds have gathered a welth of underground information. :-X

You could also ask people ingame, I have often directed people to hard-to-find trainers (there are a few hard to find ones) and I am sure there are other players ingame willing to help.

Another method is to ask NPCs "What do you train?" They'll either respond that they're not a trainer, or tell you what they train with a general idea of the levels. And yes, that's a trial and error method but you'll be better equipped to know who to train with for other skills later on if you do.

Oh, yes, that's a good method, especially since you get to know what they train even if your level is insufficient. Don't 100% rely on their statements though, I noticed one or two NPCs not naming all the skills they train. I don't remember who exactly it was, but it wasn't Trasok or Harnquist, who aren't telling because they are too lazy. Nevertheless, their answers are reliable to 99% ;)
