Title: Guide to escaping the death realm

after about 20 min of searching, i found how to get out. Heres a guide so others don't have to do the same.

Look for the library. It should be pretty easy to find, You just have to follow the begginning path

For me, my health goes down all of the sudden, and I lose my breath quicker after i died. If anyone can tell me how to fix this, it would be greatly appreciated.

Its called a death penalty and occurs for every player to make death unpleasant and to try to reduce OOC use as a shortcut
