Title: Server Failed?
Post by: r@ine on January 15, 2008, 05:55:32 pm
Excuse me if this is somewhere else, but I scrolled trough to about page 12 reading different threads and only found 2 dealing with this problem and one wasn't answered and the other was never finished being answered. (http://hydlaa.com/smf/index.php?topic=30746.0)

My problem is whenever I go to log into PlaneShift it tells me that the server is down, but on the site it's telling me that it is up and fine with people logged in, and times matching etc.  I have everything downloaded and placed in my applications folder, the updates all run, and I have an active account created, and I completely turned my firewall off.  I have followed every step given to me in the start up guide for Mac, and I am still having a problem.  Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.

I dont know what updates you got as there is no working updater for ps right now, please also make sure you are running the 0.3.020 client and not a prior release, if you are not running the correct version download the new one and try again.

Thank you very much guys, I see the problem was that I was running the 03017 version, so that explains it.  Thanks for your help though, hopefully this newer version will work for me!
