Title: Need Help with NPC's

Okay,
I don't really know where I am but I'm on some tutorial. I am supposed to talk to the NPC "Neave" but all she responds to is "Hi". She won't even respond to what the previous NPC told me to say "Miss Abelia sent me". What do I say to get Neave to teach me anything!!???
