Title: Death penalty seems to be permanent on me

Its been like a day and a half since I died and I still suffer from the Death Penalty. Also it does not show up in my magic effects. Any idea on how to fix this?

have you been logged ingame for 30 minutes or more since?

No I have not. But I think thats the problem :)
