Title: Recruitment

I was insert my application in recruitment. How long I must wait for reply or is something to do before?

As far as I know they will contact you when they have time. I am sure Talad will want to go over your application and he doesn't have super amounts of time. Took me awhile to have an interview with him when I applied for a GM. I think you will just have to be patient till someone form the dev team or Talad himself contacts you by email.

When my aplication was discard someone will contact me or no reply = discard?

You will get a reply in time if you are accepted or not, just give it some time, the devs are very busy right now, Art especially so it will take a bit, if you dont hear anything in a week let us know and we will try to get it reviewed but time and patience are important when it comes to ps development.

Hmm it will take few second to rewiew my application especially if they need more people for art.

Hmm it will take few second to rewiew my application especially if they need more people for art.

Well they are very busy and it takes more then a few seconds to review what you have sent it, i would not be suprised if it takes 5-10 minutes and right now the art team leader is so busy i dont think at this time he has that time to do that, so please wait and in due time it will get done.
