Can they be implemented to be saved server side, such that PS from any computer has access to the logs? Currently they're stored in the users directory.

sorry laanx does not have the hard drive space to save users logs so they can be accessed on other machines, you will just have to copy your logs and make sure you move them as you do.

You might be able to run the game from a usb key drive and carry that around. I am not sure how difficult it might be but it would be worth a try.

Get gmail. Email yourself the logs. Access anywhere. :)

Hmm yes I always wanted Big Corporate America to own my life history....

You don't have to run the whole game on the stick. Just put a symlink to a file on your usb-stick rather than the file directly in your game folder. Works great on unix. I do the same with my .gnupg because I don't want to leave my private key on other machines in the university or similar.
There is nothing like a working symlink on Windows XP or earlier (.lnk are not the same), but I heard that something like this is possible in Vista.
PS:
Gmail is not a solution, it is just an example for one solution: email it to some webmailprovider every time you played the game. Which is a bit of a hazzle, but it works. Another option would be an ftp server because you can build an automatic script that does the downloading and uploading with a simple keystroke or similar.
PPS:
I am no fan of Gmail..

I sense some anti-Gmail feeling here. Gmail is good, just so you know. I trust Hotmail less ;)

Actually there was a third party linker for windows. Cannot recall what it was called but I think it was one of the developer toys that were not officially supported...let me take a look...Ah here it is (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896768.aspx) It is called Junction. It comes with a few caveats so proceed with caution.
As for Gmail I do not trust any web-based mail provider with anything personally identifiable. Google may claim to do no evil or whatever their catch phrase actually is but the larger the barrel the more likely it will have bad apples in it.
I am also kind of inconsistent. :)
