Title: My Account is messed up in a lot of ways and I can't verify it, etc

I'm trying to join, so I set up my account for the game and it said that it sent the verification e-mail. That was yesterday, the 19th. I still didn't get it. When I tried to resend it the same thing happened, so I tried the "forgot password" thing, which supposedly reverifies the account. When I tried this it said something like "Account doesn't exist or has already been verified". I thought maybe it didn't get submitted properly, so I remade the account. It said that an account with the E-mail adress already exists. And it couldn't have been verified already, plus reverifying it is the entire point of....reverifying it! Of course it should be already verified...

So obviously I have no idea what the problem is, can anyone help?

EDIT: It appears to be the "VMP", verification mail problem, mentioned in another thread, but it looks like it isn't fixed.
