Title: New to Planeshift but not yet Verified

Hi everyone,

I'm looking forward to trying this potentially fantastic game out someday but i can't seem to get the verification email to work. I've tried multiple times over the last few weeks but so far no email. I've been kinda waiting for this to sort itself out but am growing restless with anticipation ;) Can anyone point me to someone who can help me out?

have you tried multiple email accounts from different providers, like trying one from gmail perhaps?

have you made sure to see if it is getting kicked to the spam folder?

have you tried to have it resend you the activation code?

if all else fails, you can poke acraig or talad with the mail address you're trying to register with and they'll see if they can do it manually, or see if they can poke the authentication server back to doing it's job.

Have tried mutiple times to reverify over the course of about 3 weeks now, also checked spam settings and all is fine. Have not tried another email address as i don't use any other than my ISP subscribed one. I'll try the PM route as i am really anxious to see this game, hearing some real good things about the artowrk in particular :)

Unfortunately i am apparent;y not allowed to send private messages at this time. I'll just have to hope someone sees this that can help me, thanks for the reply :)

Unfortunately I am having the same issue.

I tried my work email but did not get the verification sent to it either. I have checked spam for both addresses but nothing there either. Any help would be appreciated.

It is a common problem and generally a PM or email to Acraig (http://hydlaa.com/smf/index.php?action=profile;u=7) is the best option
