Title: Tutorial NPC not appearing

I start the tutorial and proceed through the talking and blacksmithing tutorials. Then I am instructed to find Ibhaar Senad for combat tutorial. I search and search but I do not find this person. I use /target with his name and "any", but can't find him. I look at the map in the wiki and it states the NPC is standing just by the road, but he is not there. Is this a bug? The other NPCs are there. What should I do?

I had this same problem. The guy just up and disappeared.

It certainly sounds like a bug.  Have you tried creating a new character and seeing if the results are the same?

Ibhaar is back home, all should see him now.  He has a mind of his own after the server goes down and may disappear - we are working on correcting the issue and will try to get him home as quick as possible when he does wander.
