Title: Ran out of mirrors! Game can not be updated.

Hello

don´t wonder when I have any misspelling. I couldn´t so good english but thats not my problem.
I have download the game and install it. when i start the planeshift updater and want to update than there are stand:

couldn´t connect to mirror mir2
trying mirror mir1
mirror lacks a version file: can´t use it
trying mirror mir2
mirror lacks a version file: can´t use it
trying mirror backup
mirror lacks a version file: can´t use it
Run out of mirrors! game cannot be update.

whats my mistake.

just launch the psclient, you dont need to launch the updater to play :)

the old updater from the .020 client will NOT work anymore do NOT run it.

Yes..
1) Run psupdater and not updater.
2) You shouldn't just install over a last version anyway :P

How can I open the psupdater file though? It's listed as a .cfg in the program files

There should be:
psupdater.bin
psupdater.cfg
psupdater

run the last one (wich itself runs the first one, but you don't have to care)

I don't have the .bin and the .exe. Can someone provide them please?

you are under Linux or Windows? you need only one of those :)

Windows. The problem is the normal updater (updater.exe) leads to the problem the original poster had. So, I cannot update the game, thus I cannot play.

But just a few posts above, Xordan suggested running the psupdater.exe, which I seem to be missing.

you need to download the new client to get it, the old updater [updater.exe] will not work anymore.
