NEED HELP!!! IT SAYS CAN"T PLAY GAME WITHOUT GAME PATCH!!!

HOW CAN I FIX IT!!! I CAN'T DOWNLOAD BECUASE THERE ARE NO MIORS THEY ALL FAIL!!!
WILL THEY GAME RUN OK WITHOUT THE PATCH???

first off lay off the caps it is rude. second download a new 0.4.00 client and dont run the updater you have as it is not working as we have a new one.
