Title: NPC won't take my tria

I'm doing a quest and I have to give some tria to an NPC and he won't take it. I would have thought it was a conflict with another quest before, except that I was able to talk to one NPC and continue a quest while I had another quest involving him... Also, the other quests I have don't seem like they would logically involve the NPC I'm having trouble with.

best way to deal with this, is to report it on the bug tracker as a BUG and not on the forum as a complaint as this is a BUG.

If the NPC is a certain librarian, we're aware of the issue and are working to correct it.

If it isn't, file a bug report please.
