The "system" screen tells me that I received Malco's Broken Warhammer from Malco, and the Pouch of Tria for Gulm & Water Tool Plans from Lyrus, but none of these items show up in my inventory. What's going on, and is it possible for me to get these items back somehow?
*edit*
Nevermind. One of them showed up in my glyph sack, and then after I looked in my glyph sack, the other two mysteriously appeared in my normal inventory. Mysterious.
