Title: Planeshift hanging immediately after starting

It sometimes happened that at certain points (or small areas) in the game world the planeshift client crashed. After restarting a few times and moving forward a little bit each time I got through and could continue to play.

This time the client crashed, when my character passed through the tower/door between Bronce Doors and Hydlaa. As usual I restarted the game. But now it seems to crash immediately after starting - even before displaying the world. It shows the message: "Something unexcpected happened in Planeshift: Steel Blue Details:  EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION at 6963AAA5. Would you like to save a diagnostic file?" (I did save it and could supply it, if helpful; also the older files of earlier crashes)

This way I can't advance anymore through the "crash zone" and I can't ask for in game help either. Can somebody help me with this, please?
