Title: Any quickfixes to downsize lag?

I have the correct system requirements, but just for lag in general are there any little things that can lessen it?

Turning off labels seems to reduce lag in the plaza and in heavily populated areas

I've also heard removing the text bubbles and shadows help...

I had a LOT of issues with lag in the Arena the other night. I would restart my client, but within 5 minutes it would slow to the point i couldn't move my mouse to quit the client.

ALL other areas of the game are fine for me and have near 0 lag, including the plaza.

always have a shortcut with "/quit now" and an hotkey set when that happens, so you  can quit quickly!  :lol:  :P
