System Specs:

AMD Athalon 650 w/320mb
ATI Radeon 128mb AGP + MAG 19\" Trueflat @1280x960
Winblows 98SE
I/O Magic Hurricane (Aureal sound)
DirectX 9

All video/sound gear less than a month old and all drivers for the gear updated a week ago. It all works fine for every other game I own.

Now, here\'s the question:

Why does it tell me \'Can\'t create DirectDraw device\' when i try to run the Planeshift Setup?

The updater runs fine - now that I went and found the DLL files that probably should be included in the setup. I refuse to run the actual game until the other apps function properly.
