Title: Sticky order

Just noticed something. The Hydlaa Plaza rules sticky is the last one on the list. Shouldn't it be the first? There may be others in a similar position but I did not take a full survey.

its the forum software. 

it puts threads with the most recent post added to them on top.

stickies aren't an exception to that rule apparently.
