Title: minor interface annoyance in windows
Post by: eilenbeb on May 10, 2008, 12:23:14 am
Hello and greets.

Whenever I click on any of the HUD windows/buttons, any key I am holding down gets cancelled.
For example, if I am running by holding down the forward key, or turning using keys, and I click on one of the chat window tabs (or any window button), I stop moving/turning.
Then i must release/re-press the key.

Again, just a minor annoyance, not very important.
I DID search the forums and bugtracker(but not the old one).

Anybody have any thoughts on this?  Don't want to make an issue if there's a simple fix.

Hmm.  Doesn't really look like it.  I'm not using mouserun, and clicking on buttons/windows doesn't change my run/walk status.
It just 'unpresses' any key I am holding down when i click on a window/button.

***EDIT
Autorun isn't affected.  Just keys that are being pressed.

When you press the R key, you still run and you can work with chat or other window. You can also change runing/walking direction by left and right keys.
