and if your wondering.. that IS, or should i say WAS, the Kran player model I was making. Up untill i lost it wipeing 3dsmax :( . Remaking It is pretty close to being next on my list of things to complete...

So what do you guys think of my Sig...? little sparse i know, but i couldnt think of anything else to put on it.

I think we have one of the best looking boards around, they are filled with great sigs from some really talented people, I\'m not going to name names, because the list is too long and inevitably I\'ll end up missing someone. Just keep it up :D

I only started trying this stuff when I wanted a sig for this board. The guys at Zeal voted on my very first one on their old boards :) It\'s lots of fun, I would love to try getting into it in more depth, maybe Bigfoot could PM me some tips about doing things more seriously ;)

Bigfoots is good, I think he thought to long about how it was gunna look though. I mean it you thought it was sparse... I think it flows well actually, everything is blocky. It fits and its good!
As for kada\'s... well I wanted her to make mine, so I think... enough said ;)

Possibly :)Hash :) , or lightwave.

Then maybe some paintshop pro .. or that goo program mainly for linux but also for Windows OS

Well toru, its nothing but a dark crystal font i got off teh net a while back, and i then made it a selection and cut a segment of teh background texture out , gave the text layer a outer bevel effect and a slight drop shdow and stuck a Eyecandy Glass effect under it on another layer. nothing special...

The background texture is just 4 layers of teh same texture i made in a texture programme i have called I-tex (very nice) that i then deleted parts of each layer to get teh rock crinkles and gave them an outter bevel as well. the Sand texture is just another on i made ages ago in I-Tex... a few shading gradients and a hacked old render of the Kran model (all i have left of that model now :( )...

easy

oh forgot.. done in Photoshop, model done in max 3.0

if you want to try your hand at modeling , give Gmax a go... its good, and free. Although i still prefer having grunt of max.
