Title: An incredibley vastly newb question (solved)

Greetings everyone!
I have just downlaoded and installed this most wonderous game and started the tutorial. After succesfully talking to the first npc (abelia aruine) i have been directed to talk to the blacksmith (neave besetun) and i cant get the blasted lady to respond to anything but "hello". To this she responds with something along the lines of "i am here to teach you the basics in blacksmithing" after which i cant seem to get her to respond to anything else.
I know this is a ridiculously newbie question, but please help (and please no comments along the lines of "ur such a stupid n00b!")

read New Character Starting Tutorial Walk Through (http://hydlaa.com/smf/index.php?topic=30436.0) in the Guides and Tutorials section. It should give you what you need.
Browsing that section will also be helpful.

Welcome to Planeshift!! :D

This guide to the tutorial might help you out. The NPC dialogue it sometimes tricky to get used to...the key is reading carefully, and each NPC should tell you exactly what to do and say.
