Title: where is the SQL script create_all.sql?l

I want to set up The sever;
If any one know it please tell me:
where is the  SQL script create_all.sql? I can't find it.....l X-/

It's all in the Compiling Guide, so carefully read that one!
But for your info: /src/server/database/mysql/ ;)
