Title: Gádèrmará
Post by: Velh Krome on June 18, 2008, 02:58:54 pm
I would like to know if this (http://pswiki.xordan.com/index.php/Dermorian_Language) approach on the dermorian language is an officially valid one.
All these apostrophes are fancy and all, but considering that language is meant to be for the game Planeshift, that wont support any type of apostrophe it doesnt make much sense, does it?
Also, I would suggest to not make it as utterly complicated, after all its still for a game - "Causal-final" case for nouns? Okay, ablative and locative I can recall from my latin classes, but hey.. will it seriously be required to study it intesively for you can finally use it properly at all?

That is a player wiki and as suck it is fan-art

many devs and gms have spent time there as well but nothing is "approved" until you encounter it in game.

What happens if you set <fontname> in ../PlaneShift/data/prefs.xml to a unicode font?

Now there's a Dermorian language? wtf? Why can't the fans leave the arting to the devs?  X-/ I never even heard of this...
