Title: Can't open file

I have downloaded your game from the mirror servers on your site, and put it on my desktop, but for some reason, when i attempt to open this file (named PlaneShift-v0.4.00.exe
) nothing happens on my computer...it just sits there.  I'm going to re-read the site where i downloaded it, and then try restarting my computer - but assuming that doesn't work, I might need some assistance getting the game running.

sounds like the file did not download completly, try to download it again.

Oh...I just realized it was because i didn't have enough space on my computer.

Okay my pc is brand new running windows vista on a amd phenom triplecore using a nvidia gforce graphics card. The problem im having is i download game. Takes about 6 mins. then install takes less than minute. Then try to open PS client says PSclient has stopped working. Windows will look for solution lol. So there I am white window no load need to close. This id third download and even tried windows vista that missing dill anyways it wasnt missing from ps file so im good on that. Just cant figure it out.

Try running the updater in administrator mode first. Instead of left clicking to launch, right click and choose Run as Administrator.
