Title: book.txt file not found!!! please help!

When I try to make a book it works but when I try to save it. It says saved at book0.txt and when i type that in on the load screen it says file not found!

make sure you type the full name of the book including the file extension, also make sure you use proper case sensitive name.

I believe they start at book01.txt as well and increment from there.
