I have heard people talk about banks in planeshift but i can't find any are these statements true :@#\

They are there, you just have to find it, I think it would be considered a spoiler to tell you exactly where to find it though.

look, i have played the game for 2 weeks. i can get around im not stupid i just want to know where it is. i can barly move because of overweight

at the moment the bank is only for money so it will not help that problem. make another character preferably on another account to hold your excess baggage.
