Well, I was talking to an NPC after creating a new character, when suddenly the bird Kikiri (sorry if the name is not correct, I didn't have a chance to really read it) came up and killed me, despite the best efforts of a fellow player. I ended up in the Death Realm, proceeded down the bridge, went into the next room... and the camera got really confusing. I tried a bunch of angles, and for some reason my character continued walking, and died, again. I can't find the way out when my character keeps dying. I later found myself in front of a red rat, which then tried to attack me, causing me to fall of the walkway again. Is there another way to get out?? (There probably isn't, I'm sure, but I'm a nüb so I might as well ask as much as I can.)

Specifics as to how to get out are disallowed on the public forums, but asking your fellow players in game nicely, most times than not, they will help yeah out. :)

I did ask, however... the advice I was given was abrupt and inconclusive. I'm still unsure of what to do... Ah, well. I guess I'll just keep at it. :sweatdrop:
EDIT: Ah, it seems everyone that goes there has to perform a "task" -- most probably for a quest, and cannot assist me. The few people that actually died are quite new to the game or are simply Away From Keyboard. I guess I would just advise anyone else to do as I am now, trying everything. Some people will give out brief hints, though.

you can also just try following someone around. they'll have to go out sometime.
*hint* do everything the person you follow does...even if it doesnt seem to be right :)
