Title: game crash

During gameplay & mostly right before playing the game (right after maps & gui load) an error message pops up saying:

"Something unexpected happened in Planeshift: Steel Blue
Details: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION at 024E5CFE"

then it asks if i want to save a diagnostics file.. this problem has been happening frequently and i would like to know if there is a solution.
