Title: Client crash after connect

Running OS/X 10.4.11 on a dual processor G5.

The client connects and starts loading the initial map; it gets up to "Loading GUI" message and then either hangs for a while
and crashes or hangs indefinitely until I kill it.  The following log shows when it crashed.

*** Additional note.  The client displays 0.4.01 on the screen but the dump says 0.4.00.

that output tells almost nothing about why you crashed

what map are you trying to load and what race is your char, along with your system stats

Trying to load Hydlaa Plaza, specifically the road from East Hydlaa.
Race is Klyros.

System:
Computer Type: iMac

Mac OS Version:  10.5.2

Processor:  2.16 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo

RAM:  2 GB 667 MHz DDR2 SDRAM

Video Card: ATI  Raedon X1600  256 MB

Planeshift Runs:  until about an hour ago, perfect.

After reading about issues with Dwarves (my primary character) I had a thought and played around some more.

I logged in with my secondary character (a Kran) and had no problem.

I tried logging in with my primary character (a Dwarf) and client seemed to hang so I killed it.

I then changed my setup to "Load all maps".  During the map load process I got a "Region failed to load"
error.

My initial problems may have been due to Dwarf issues (little buggers are really wierd lately).  Others are possibly
due to the region load problem.

The total log file is huge (probably about half a meg or so - lots of warnings all over the place).  The last part
of the log seems to show the problems in the ojaroad1 sector:

Was just logged in on my Linux box with my Kran character.
Left Hydla on the East road; after going through the inter-sector passage I got the "Region failed to load" message.

Same log errors as on my Mac up above...
