Title: "OpenAL.32dll Not found" HELP PLEASE!

I just downloaded the 4.01 and when i go to play planeshift it says "This app has failed to start because OpenAL.32.dll was not found". I've never had this happen before so i have no clue what to do :'( Please help.  :'(
